Excellent Stay in the City Center

clean room spacious room good breakfast selection helpful staff
I stayed in a poolside room for three nights (it was a great experience). The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast at the poolside restaurant offered a good food selection. The staff was polite and always ready to help with any request.
The room lacked interior design. It felt a bit basic for the price.

Absolutely WONDERFUL stay

delicious breakfast helpful staff clean room
The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, and that artwork in the hotel IS amazing. I also had a massage at the spa. It was REALLY great.
The room design presented SOME issues. The glass doors offered very little privacy for the toilet and shower. These doors lacked proper soundproofing.

The breakfast offered a large variety of options, from local specialties to western staples. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, with attentive service ensuring a great start to the day. The food was AMAZING!!!

I found this hotel to be really good with great attention to detail. The hotel is maintained in excellent condition. I observed that the staff are consistently kind and helpful. My room was very clean and quite spacious.
I noticed a slight delay in receiving a response when I initially contacted the hotel regarding airport transfer arrangements.

The staff offered assistance arranging transportation and luggage handling. The team ensured I felt welcome. Their attentiveness added positively to the stay. They were quick to respond to requests.
