peeling wallpaper low pressure
the location was acceptable.
On arrival, the room was not as expected. The wallpaper was peeling. there was only one small lift for all floors and rooms. Waiting times were long. also, the shower pressure was low... it made showering difficult and frustrating.

The staff were amazing. they greeted me with smiles and great service upon arrival and this continued throughout my stay. the room i had. Premium beautiful double city view. Was beautiful. the bed was comfy and the shower was great.
