i enjoyed the location with pirin mountain nearby. views were great. air was clean. spa was good.
the bed settee had broken slats that was not good. i reported it to reception on the first day, but they had no other accommodation available, but they did say they'd send someone round to try and fix it. this did not happen and i ended up pushing two armchairs together as a bed. the bed settee was unusable.
