the hotel's restaurants are very good. the premium king room was comfortable and stylish. the room's location near the metro gave easy access to the city.
the cleanliness fell short of expectations. lights were hanging on cables, and the window curtains were not properly attached. it wasn't what i expect.

Excellent stay with Japanese theme

I loved the decoration. A strong Japanese theme is present throughout the hotel. The food was great, and I enjoyed breakfast with euro tech house music playing (a cool vibe). The hotel also has amazing cars parked out front. I saw Lamborghinis, Rolls Royces, and G63s.
The parking fee seemed a bit high, especially since I was a guest at the hotel.

The staff provided prompt service at the restaurants. My room upgrade upon arrival was a generous gesture. The hotel staff was courteous and quick when I requested assistance (especially with directions).

I found a well-kept pool. The gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes. The Zen park provides a beautiful, serene space for relaxation. It added a special touch to my visit.

the breakfast had a good selection and several options.
The staff wasn't helpful when i had problems with my room key multiple times. I kept getting locked out. also, the room was way too hot, around 25 degrees, and that's just not acceptable. i got sick after eating at the hotel's burata restaurant, REALLY frustrating.
