efficient bus wide choice hot temperature
The rooms had very hot temperatures. It was great after a day skiing. the shuttle bus was always on time and efficient. breakfast offered a very wide choice (i especially enjoyed the pastries).
I could hear the neighbors talking. It was not very private.

relaxing stay with great amenities

onsite rental game room
i found the breakfast and dinner options quite good with a lot of choices. the onsite ski rental was convenient and saved time. my kids particularly enjoyed the pool and game room it kept them entertained throughout our stay.
i noticed the staff sometimes closed the bar earlier than scheduled. people often asked for drinks only to be told that service was unavailable, despite posted hours. this was disappointing after a long day.

unhappy staff limited wifi
the food had plenty of variety. it was acceptable.
the bar staff seemed unhappy. they closed at different times each night. one night, they refused to serve water just two minutes after closing, very annoying! the wi-fi only worked well near the bed, not on the terrace or in the lobby.
