The room was small. I disliked that. the food wasn't good. It lacked salt and flavor. we felt somewhat misled because we had all-inclusive with limitations.

the staff showed friendliness, especially the receptionist who assisted with a transfer issue. i appreciated her calling suntransfers when my coach was late. the restaurant staff also seemed very nice, especially the young gentlemen. i found the food to be nice and tasty.

The hotel looked old and not quite deserving of a four-star rating. my room had a view of a wall from the balcony, disappointing. the balcony design allowed neighbors to look onto each other's spaces. This made it lack privacy. plus, the floors could be noisy.
