chewy meats poor quality

The food variety was big, it lacked quality. meats were chewy. The chicken was not fully cooked. side dishes tasted like they came from a school cafeteria. i think dining in a restaurant would have been a better choice.

disruptive noise inconsistent cleaning

The ski lockers located in the basement provided convenient storage. This made accessing the slopes each day very easy.

The noise from the adjacent street was quite disruptive. Sleeping became a challenge. I found the room cleaning inconsistent. Amenities were not always replenished. This fell short of expectations for a hotel in this price range.

convenient location good breakfasts

erika prepared good breakfasts each morning. she showed love for our family. the hotel's location was convenient to the slopes. it provided everything i needed and more.

the staff sometimes seemed unhelpful. they addressed us primarily in a language i don't speak. i noticed that housekeeping barely emptied trash . the staff often looked tired and disengaged.
