erika prepared good breakfasts each morning. she showed love for our family. the hotel's location was convenient to the slopes. it provided everything i needed and more.
the staff sometimes seemed unhelpful. they addressed us primarily in a language i don't speak. i noticed that housekeeping barely emptied trash . the staff often was tired and disengaged.
