Oceanfront Bliss, A Dreamy Getaway!
overall charm great bonus lovely staff
I was thrilled with the overall charm of this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The quality and variety really stood out! The staff was lovely, and the pool was a great bonus. The bar evening staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a little far from the city center. I would have preferred a closer location. This made exploring the main attractions slightly less convenient! It would be great to have a shuttle service or more readily available transportation options.

The team was accommodating and were great too fulfill requests! Valet parking was very efficient. The staff offered prompt, friendly assistance and created a cute atmosphere for every guest.

The room décor was fine, showcasing very nice attention to detail! My Onice Sea View Room provided amazing views of the ocean. The room was pristine and had every amenity needed for a comfortable stay.

some issues impacted our stay.
bathroom flies misleading photos
i notice small black flies in the bathroom which was off-putting. staff were aware, they didn't offer any solution. so misleading, you know.

faulty television inexperienced staff
my stay presented a few issues. the television system was not functioning correctly upon my arrival , rendering it impossible to view the menu or order room service. the room service orders i placed were consistently incorrect , and the staff seemed inexperienced. i also found the additional charge for parking , given the price of the stay , quite unreasonable.

continental items clean room romantic facility
the breakfast had a lovely variety, from champagne and oysters to continental items! all eggs were prepared beautifully. i stayed in the onice room and it was very clean and totally met my expectations. every facility was picture perfect and very romantic. applying, twice.
The tv system went down on my first night. Made it tricky to order food because the menu was on there.

wide variety delicious breakfast
The Fleur de Lys restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The breakfast included a wide variety of options. The gardens were well maintained.
The television in the room was a smart TV. YouTube and Netflix were not available. This made the TV's smart functions limited.
