a good experience

direct access italian classics warm staff
i found the location fine with direct access to the sea. views. the food selection was excellent with fresh seafood and italian classics. the staff seemed warm always ready with a smile.
i noticed some minor signage issues around the hotel such as signs not placed directly on the blocs.

staff members were attentive and helpful throughout my visit i encountered quick responses to requests and genuine smiles always it made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest .

the pool area provided ample space for relaxation with many loungers available the resort's private beach access was a significant perk offering a convenient way to enjoy the sea i found these amenities very practical.

Underwhelming Stay

disaster check-in low-quality cafeteria
My check-in was a disaster. I waited an hour for them to finish cleaning the room even after the stated check-in time. They really should get their act together! The food was also quite disappointing. The dinner buffet reminded me of a low-quality cafeteria with overcooked pasta and cheap sauce. Seriously?!
