really good stay
smooth processexcellent staff
the staff at reception, especially mary and roberta, were really good. they made the check-in process smooth and were always available to assist with any requests. i found the provided breakfast to be very good with a big choice of foods. i found the natural beauty of the area made a lasting impression.

the hotel location allows easy access to the city's attractions. you are right in the middle of it with only a short walk to restaurants. i enjoyed the convenience to reach points of interest from the hotel.

the staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful . melania was excellent at helping with arranging everything. the team offered a great service from arrival to departure.

the room was large, comfortable and very clean. it came with a private terrace. the spa was amazing with a pool, jacuzzis, sauna and steam room all in a cave, this was a unique experience!

Fine Cave Hotel Experience

I enjoyed my 2-night stay . The room felt bigger than my own apartment. It really has a wow factor. The shower head was the biggest I have ever seen, and the hairdryer was actually good! I appreciated the spacious suite and comfortable amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed.
The toilet area lacks a door, so be mindful of who you are sharing the room with. The lighting in the room adds to the atmosphere, however it is quite dim when I was doing my makeup. I did not get to use the spa.

Breakfast had great service and quality. There was a good choice of food to select. I heard Dino is a very helpful host. Lunch or dinner at the hotel is encouraged because it is delicious.

The hotel's location is perfect. It is right in the middle of everything. Many bars and restaurants are near the hotel. A walking tour of the city is easily accessible from here. It takes about 17 minutes to walk to the bus that goes to Bari.

The staff is very cute and professional. They can help you arrange anything you need. Melania was excellent and assisted me with many things. The staff at breakfast were helpful. Nothing was a bother to them! I really appreciated the staff.

Rooms are caves, but they all have openings to the outside. The rooms were very clean, beautiful, and well-equipped. The rooms maintain the local architecture while still feeling luxurious. All rooms have what you need. The bed was comfy
