My room was a premier large king room private garden terrace. the private garden terrace was a highlight. I enjoyed the morning sun. it was ideal for a relaxed coffee before the day began.
i found limited options for dining near. a short drive was necessary for exploring local restaurants, this became a slight inconvenience .

the staff are very cute and helpful, this attitude began upon arrival. actions were prompt when i made requests, for example i got a doctor on call. the valet service also worked efficiently.

the room was spacious enough (we had the superior large king room) and generally clean.
The noise level was higher than i anticipated. Music from the wet deck continued late into the night. also, the breakfast buffet became repetitive after a few days, with the same limited selection of cold cuts.

We checked in with lilly, she was so helpful and friendly. every member of staff i met did enough for us. I even spilled my drink on my jumper and they washed it!

The staff was friendly and valet parking was efficient.
The music at check-in was loud. I struggled to hear. A wedding party arrived, dominating breakfast service. My coffee order was wrong, and the orange juice never arrived.

superb room comfort and amazing gym!

The room was huge. it was also silent, with efficient ac, a great bed, and overall cleanliness. the room balcony was great. i really appreciated the outdoor heated jacuzzi. It was rather big and maintained a nice temperature (perfect for winter!). the gym had amazing equipment.
i found that more lighting along walkways would be helpful. it was slightly difficult to navigate some areas at night.

the breakfast selection offered a perfect variety of food and drinks. i especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. the options were plentiful and everything tasted delicious (the tarts were my favorite!).

every staff member i encountered was amazing. they were happy, friendly, helpful, and hardworking. when i needed assistance with something, they were quick to respond and always willing to help. their attentiveness.
