helpful staff variety food dramatic cliffs lovely scenery
The staff here are amazing. They were always so helpful and friendly. the food was AMAZING!!! i enjoyed breakfast and dinner here, and i was genuinely impressed by the variety and quality. the walk down to the beach was an lovely highlight. the path winds through dramatic cliffs. It created the most lovely scenery.
i think the hotel needs some small improvements. for example, you have to pay to rent balls to play paddle.

the hotel is near the beach, accessible via a staircase. the hotel grounds are well kept. the cliffs are astonishing. the area is quiet.

I found the service really good. The valet service was efficient and the staff was attentive! the room i stayed in was peaceful, and it featured a balcony with nice views! i especially liked the bottled water and chocolate provided daily. they came in glass bottles!
i noticed the beach was accessible by wooden stairs, nice, but i really missed having toilet facilities down there! other public beaches i visited in the area did provide those.

the room included a fine ocean view from the balcony. the bathroom included a rain shower and premium amenities. the teams at the reception were helpful and eager to help organize activities, including a boat trip. the spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained. my massage was relaxing
The quality and variety of the buffet restaurant was not at the level of a 5-star hotel. the italian restaurant was great. the staff was attentive. the asian restaurant was closed two nights in a row because of private events. this was disappointing

the hotel has very clean rooms and grounds. breakfast was good, it had many options. the staff members i encountered were wonderful. i found the direct beach access convenient (it's a short walk).

lovely staff great facilities tasty food
i enjoyed a really wonderful week here , thanks to the hotel's great facilities and tasty food. the staff was super lovely , always friendly and helpful. this definitely. i would return for sure!
the only very slight issue was that the mini fridge in the room was completely empty except for two milks.

I found the private footpath to the beach so relaxing. the romantic view on the sunset was something i won't forget, it was pure magic. room was excellent. Spacious with a nice garden view! the housekeeping staff was very helpful .
The air conditioning wasn't working correctly the first night, and the room temperature increased a lot. it got up to 27 degrees. i reported it the next morning. Luckily, it was fixed that day.

The grounds have pretty landscaping. The walk to the beach is easy. the pool area is near Lima restaurant. the hotel is only a short taxi ride from Faro. It's very convenient.
