the room included a fine ocean view from the balcony. the bathroom included a rain shower and premium amenities. the teams at the reception were helpful and eager to help organize activities, including a boat trip. the spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained. my massage was relaxing
The quality and variety of the buffet restaurant was not at the level of a 5-star hotel. the italian restaurant was great. the staff was attentive. the asian restaurant was closed two nights in a row because of private events. this was disappointing

the hotel has very clean rooms and grounds. breakfast was good, it had many options. the staff members i encountered were wonderful. i found the direct beach access convenient (it's a short walk).

the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. simple decoration filled the space (it matched the photos). the bed was comfy. i enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony.

the hotel offers multiple pools. there is one adult-only pool and a kid's paddling pool. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i found a buffet and other dining options available.

i enjoyed a really wonderful week here , thanks to the hotel's great facilities and tasty food. the staff was super lovely , always friendly and helpful. this definitely. i would return for sure!
the only very slight issue was that the mini fridge in the room was completely empty except for two milks.

the room was beautiful and cozy. the ocean view was really amazing. household appliances were well equipped and very clean. some furniture on the balcony seemed a little worn , however everything was functional.

I found the private footpath to the beach so relaxing. the romantic view on the sunset was something i won't forget, it was pure magic. room was excellent. Spacious with a nice garden view! the housekeeping staff was very helpful .
The air conditioning wasn't working correctly the first night, and the room temperature increased a lot. it got up to 27 degrees. i reported it the next morning. Luckily, it was fixed that day.

The grounds have pretty landscaping. The walk to the beach is easy. the pool area is near Lima restaurant. the hotel is only a short taxi ride from Faro. It's very convenient.
