The room included a Marshall speaker. A smart TV was available. Pegs were placed for hanging clothes on the balcony rack. The staff demonstrated friendliness and spoke excellent English.
The rooftop restaurant was closed on Mondays. This seemed strange for a hotel with a great location. I was told that the hotel is in a pedestrianised area. It was not clear where a taxi could pick me up.

The location was convenient and within walking distance to the old town.
I was pretty annoyed that the maintenance staff entered our room without any notice. My wife was alone inside. This seemed like an alarming invasion of privacy. The manager's response was dismissive when I mentioned this incident (they claimed they 'forgot' to notify the staff). I was not impressed.

i thought the hotel hotel was beautifully designed, and every detail felt perfect with modern touches. the rooftop infinity pool, the bar, and the restaurant was amazing plus the service was top notch during my entire stay. our room had a nice size, and a beautiful balcony, with a great bathroom with shower.

the staff was cute upon my arrival. the rooftop pool area provided a super clean space for relaxation. i found that the breakfast options had great variety and catered to different tastes. fresh water and cola were available daily in the fridge.
i did find that the sound from the shower area echoed quite loudly. it sounded like i was showering near a waterfall. this could be addressed to improve guest comfort.
