The room was very chic. It was also spacious. The breakfast had a WIDE choice, both sweet and savoury. Staff members were friendly and PROFESSIONAL.

spacious apartment kind staff rooftop spa easy location
the apartment was spacious and well-appointed, offering ample room. the staff at reception were genuinely kind and helpful, they gave really good service. the rooftop spa and jacuzzi added a touch of luxury, it was top notch. the location made it easy to explore, with public transport and nice restaurants close by.
The mattresses were too firm. This is purely a matter of personal taste, yet it did affect sleep quality.

The wellness option included a snack bar for quick refreshments and a modern gym. The facilities were very nice. the available garage provided secure parking, a huge convenience. a sauna provided relaxation.

The staff demonstrated true kindness, they tried to ensure guest satisfaction. They gave lots of help. reception was always available, they gave kind attention. i found the staff very helpful.

helpful staff wellness center dark room noisy surroundings
the staff was very helpful and professional. the roof wellness center was beautiful and had a great gym.
the room was dark and poorly lit. there was crashing and banging noises from the service road underneath us every day before 6 am.
