i found the receptionist lili very helpful. She addressed my questions quickly. The hotel location is very convenient to reach many attractions. The room was quiet and very clean, i appreciated it.
the absence of clear signage within the hotel made navigation a little tricky at times, i found it a bit confusing.

the location was fairly close to the castle district and served its purpose.
The room felt quite dated (some furniture was visibly worn). additionally, the breakfast was underwhelming. I noticed limited options and some items were not fresh. for example, the fruit selection was minimal and the pastries seemed stale.

the location provided convenient access to several attractions. a bus stop right outside made travel simple. the included breakfast had good choices. the staff proved very helpful, with quick responses to all my inquiries.
the lack of a dedicated bar area meant drinks had to be consumed either in the restaurant or in the room.

The breakfast food had good quality and many choices. The hotel gave welcome drinks when I got there. I really enjoyed the terrace that provided great views. The staff members were nice and always helped me when I needed something.
