the hotel arranged rooms on the same floor near each other for my family and me! i also received a lovely surprise in my room, chocolates and a kind letter, it was a wonderful gesture.
the room received little cleaning attention , beyond emptying the bin. i also had to ask for toilet roll and coffee and tea supplies, it was a little inconvenient

THE hotel location near the beach was very convenient. The staff members WERE friendly AND helpful. I found the indoor AND outdoor facilities FOR children very appealing. The variety of options at breakfast also impressed me.

the location was near the beach which was okay.
i was not impressed with the staff during check in or breakfast service. some staff barely spoke english, others acted like zombies when asked for water. i think i'll try the marriot which is in walking distance next time.
