I found reception staff very cute. They helped with my queries. I experienced a lovely breakfast buffet and it was one of the best during my travels. The central location was great, I would return.
The room lacked dressers. As soon as I got in I had to put my bags down on the floor. I tripped over it when I left to go to the bathroom at night.

the location is superb. i found all tourist attractions, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance. the breakfast was delicious. i also enjoyed the sauna and steam room.
I noticed that the room lacked dressers. Bags had to be placed on the floor. this created an obstacle.

i found the location great. breakfast was also great.. the hotel has its own brewery. anna and piotr even arranged some wedding anniversary gifts in our room, which i very much appreciated.
the pillows could benefit from being replaced, as they felt basic.

poor soundproofinglimited breakfast
i was disappointed that the room lacked proper soundproofing. i could clearly hear noises from the corridor and adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax or concentrate on work. also, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming, it offered limited options with dietary restrictions. the coffee machine broke twice, a long queue formed each time.

The location was great. the premium room I booked was not up to par. The bathroom door stuck and was difficult to close quietly. The coffee machine was slow, and there was often a line in the morning. I ended up skipping coffee on a couple of days.
