staff service suite upgrade perfect design peeling wallpaper poor maintenance cold pool
i loved the service from the staff. they upgrade my room to a beautiful suite which makes my stay extra special. the cleanliness was great, and the design was perfect. the staff was always smiling, professional, and ready to help.
the maintenance was very poor for the hotel. the wallpaper were peeling in some places, also the general condition of the bathroom weren't good. the sauna wasnt working, and the steam room worked only sometimes. also, the heated pool wasn't good because on occasion, it was colder than i liked.

spacious room nice view really good cleanliness
The room was spacious with thoughtful design. the bathroom had a nice view. It felt luxurious. housekeeping staff, particularly said reddy and manish, maintained really good cleanliness.

service need improvement.

the room was ok and the bathroom had a bath, wich was expected.
the staff acted incompetent it seemed. they took ages to do simple things and didn't take my requests seriously. the breakfast was horrible, i hardly ate anything.
