The staff defined my experience positively with their top-tier service. The bellman, front desk, and concierge teams were helpful i am grateful for their attention. yuna from the concierge team helped book beauty appointments and responded promptly to emails. front desk staff assisted with an online order, bringing packages to my room the next day. room service was quick, and staff were always polite, even speaking various languages.

the gym provides equipment for various workouts. there are both indoor and outdoor pools available for guest use. parties were sometimes held. the lobby featured lounge music and attractive decor.

the hotel is a short walk from itaewon, around ten minutes. prominent locations are accessible by bus like myeongdong. gangnam and gyeongbukgong areas are easily reachable. taxis are readily available and relatively inexpensive.

breakfast had delicious food, offering many choices. there is a restaurant with great meals. i found drinks and cake available at the lobby bar. the hotel offers room service with quick preparation.

the gym was used frequently.
The air conditioning didn't seem to work right. I couldn't control it properly. also, the towels had a distinct bleach smell to them.
