The location is fabulous. Underground shopping is available right at the corner. I found wonderful t-shirts and souvenirs there. The Cappuccino prepared in the breakfast buffet was amazing. I even cried while drinking it. The housekeeping experience was wonderful as well. They even wrapped our cell phone cords neatly.
I was upgraded to the Club floor unexpectedly. I was not allowed to use the club lounge. This created disappointment.

The location is ideal as it is in the center of everything. From the hotel's corner, an underground shopping center and the subway are easily accessible. Lewis, the door guy, provided a great map and directions.

The staff exhibits kindness and professionalism. They ensure guests feel comfortable. The entire team was great, especially Wendy, Lizzy, and Ping, who resolved room issues. Bamgoo in the executive lounge was also very kind and funny.

Housekeeping tidied up so well, even wrapping up our cell phone cords. They put a little ziplock tack to keep them organized for me. I was very impressed by the service and helpfulness demonstrated at this hotel.

the front desk was not friendly or courteous when i checked in unlike other hotels in korea she seemed very standoffish when i asked for an upgrade there was no cute greeting either
