The location was very peaceful and it was next to Namsan Park. The park is very nice! I also enjoyed the pool a lot. It felt very relaxing and like an oasis from the city. Miel and Hailey were great at the Club Lounge. They were very nice and attentive

I had a small road bump because I did not get my preferred room type. The service and attentiveness of the staff did make up for it though. There was a Summit so the hotel was very busy!

I always appreciate the readily available taxi service at the entrance. The staff consistently displayed a helpful attitude. I found the on-site spa services to be very good quality. The lobby maintains an excellent ambiance.
