The breakfast variety was astonishing. I savored fresh pastries and tropical fruits daily. the pool area, sparkling and serene, became my sanctuary. prabath and manoj was attentive, he ensures every guest felt pampered. i feel it a true pleasure.
I noticed the carpets in the hallways needed a deeper cleaning. It distracted from the otherwise perfect ambiance. it felt a bit jarring in comparison to the immaculate rooms.

The breakfast buffet was very excellent! It included a great hall I really loved. The gym was large. I enjoyed the pool. It was huge!
The bedside lights did not work. I think this is a very small issue that can be easily resolved.

I enjoyed the room. It was very spacious. The bathroom had a rainfall shower. The location was near a Carrefour. The staff granted an early check-in. They helped with directions to the shuttle. They assisted with translating for taxi drivers.
Towels seems old and worn. I wish they invest on new sets.

The gym had treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. I see the swimming pool area has many loungers. A shaded section offers respite from the sun. These facilities enhanced my stay.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially prabath, the pool lifeguard. he gave excellent guidance. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and the food tasted great. the location was also convenient, offering good access to local amenities.
i noticed some dust in my room upon arrival. i think more thorough cleaning could improve the stay . it's a small point but important for a excellent experience.
