the staff were very attentive. food was nice and the team cared for our needs. the chef and his team did a great job.

I arrived late due to a delayed flight. heavy machinery worked outside, so my taxi struggled to reach the hotel. It was noisy. i had difficulty.

the air conditioning unit was faulty, resulting in an uncomfortably warm room, the staff sent someone to fix it, but the issue persisted throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. the selection seemed repetitive each day. the fresh fruit was limited. i found this quite disappointing, as a varied breakfast is important to me.

the staff were friendly. the premises were spotlessly cleaned and the hotel looked great aesthetically. special requests was accommodated and the hotel had great amenities.

the hotel itself is lovely although a fair walk from the centre. my room was spacious, very comfy and tidy. i find the breakfast buffet has sufficient choice, but coffee not the best.

The hotel is very new and well kept. The lobby features stone floors and attractive seating. Our superior double room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had nice finishes and ample space.

The coffee at breakfast was not the best.
