clean rooms spacious rooms good english
the personnel at the reception was really nice. everyone spoke very good english. the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. i will definitely book again when i travel.
the pool access required an additional charge. i found it somewhat inconvenient.

Fantastic Spa and Lovely Staff!
wide selection friendly staff generous times
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and constant restocking! The staff was friendly and polite. I really enjoyed the spa. It. I also appreciated the generous check-in and check-out times. It was a nice bonus.
The toilet was separate from the bathroom. This arrangement was a little weird! It was a minor inconvenience though. I wish they would have combined them into a single space to make the bathroom more functional and streamlined.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It. I loved the nice bathroom too. The air conditioning worked well which was essential during the warm days, but the toilet was separate.

The hotel is located a bit outside the main city area. A bus stop right outside makes the city accessible! The Saone borders are nearby which makes exploring easier. I appreciated this accessibility.

The spa facilities included several pools, a gym, and spas! The outdoor swimming pool is fabulous. I enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. Massages are available at an additional cost. I did book in advance.

The staff was very helpful. The reception staff were very good. All the staff were polite. One staff member, Matthieu, offered great local recommendations and even booked a bouchon. It was great.

the room had a towel dryer rack that was really useful for swimwear. the staff was helpful, especially when the parking garage was full. they helped me park on the hotel grounds, and i appreciated that a lot.
the front desk did not provide a refund after denying spa access. i found their responses unhelpful. the front desk told me i should have called, but they ignored my email requesting regulation information.

amazing spa and lovely rooms!
nice staff good size nylon shorts kind personnel
i really enjoyed my short stay! the staff was very kind. the rooms were a good size. the spa was a really nice experience! i highly recommend this hotel. it was a super experience.
the only thing is that as a visitor, i wasn't aware of the swimwear policy. you can't use regular swimming shorts in the spa. i had to buy some thin nylon shorts onsite.

the staff was super friendly. there is a nice restaurant with good coffee. croissants at the bar were also good. there is a lot of space to relax next to the bar and at the entrance.
i could not connect to the wifi in the room. use of the pool and fitness facilities came at an additional charge of 45 euros per day. the location was not very convenient for me.

Excellent Hotel and Spa Experience

The hotel has a bus stop conveniently located right outside the building. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. I found the staff to be a highlight and addressed any minor issues quickly. I thank Mark for his help! The outdoor swimming pool is fabulous, even with thunderstorm-related closures. The staff reopened it promptly.
