fantastic experience!

helpful staff good selection

i found the staff very helpful. the breakfast had a good selection. i also loved the big balconies. i really enjoyed the spacious rooms.

the hotel is a bit far from the city center. i had to take a cab to get to most places. this made it a little inconvenient.

strong smell central air conditioning

the room smelled strongly of cheap air freshener it was quite overwhelming the reception staff did not answer phone calls i tried multiple times to reach them but no one picked up eventually i had to go down in person to resolve my issue air conditioning was centrally controlled i was unable to adjust temperature in my room

cheerful welcome easy access shaded area

The receptionist's welcome was CHEERFUL. Onsite parking provided easy access. The shower was great. Tea and coffee facilities were in the room. The response to my request for an iron was speedy. The swimming pool had adequate sun beds and shaded areas.

The breakfast buffet did not meet the quality of a 4-star hotel.
