Wonderful Stay in Jerez

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They arranged cava and a cake for a birthday we were celebrating. We had initially been assigned a room on the ground floor. The receptionist quickly found us a new room on a higher floor, so we could sleep with an open window.

The hotel is a fair walk into the City centre. may prefer accommodations closer to the action.

i found the staff very helpful. the breakfast had a good selection. i also loved the big balconies. i really enjoyed the spacious rooms.

the hotel is a bit far from the city center. i had to take a cab to get to most places. this made it a little inconvenient.

the room smelled strongly of cheap air freshener it was quite overwhelming the reception staff did not answer phone calls i tried multiple times to reach them but no one picked up eventually i had to go down in person to resolve my issue air conditioning was centrally controlled i was unable to adjust temperature in my room
