the lobby was spacious and clean, with good decor (it made a great first impression). the staff were helpful and friendly. the location was convenient with shops nearby. an iron was available in the room, a useful amenity for keeping clothes presentable .

The location was convenient for getting around. The metro station was very close. i found the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh fruit. the staff was friendly and professional, a very good combination. the room was quiet at night.

the hotel had disposable slippers , a toothbrush , toothpaste , and even a razor blade with shaving foam. the proximity to the metro station made traveling very convenient. i found a sirloin steak on the hotel restaurant menu i especially liked.
i found no coffee machine was available in the room.

I found the reception area to be spacious for gatherings. The rooftop terrace and pool provided additional space to relax. Staff members were attentive to our needs. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transportation options.
The air conditioning was controlled by hotel policy. I found it slightly warm for a few days.

the staff was nice and helpful we had issues with our room door and they immediately provided another room the cleaning staff was also kind the entrance was beautiful
the room walls felt very thin i could hear everything from the next room this impacted sleep quality i suggest improved soundproofing for a better experience
