i had a very relaxing holiday. the rooms were nice and neat with pretty much everything i needed. the pool was lovely, and the drinks at the pool bar were great. the staff made sure i had everything i needed (especially fresh towels).

the buffet restaurant had lots of choice, and the waiters were very attentive. i ate in bonito and mia miso, a nice change. there was a cocktail making activity with towel folding too.

the staff were all friendly and helpful. the front desk was very efficient, as were the housekeeping and concierge services. the pick-up and drop-off services from the driver were good.

the room I stayed in was a Club room. It provided access to the garden. The room was always kept spotlessly clean. I slept very well because the hotel ensured a peace all around. The breakfast was good, and the quality of all inclusive drinks stood out.

i found the variety in the evening meals to be somewhat limited. More diverse options would enhance the dining experience. i think the staff should consider expanding dinner options.
