dirty water disruptive noise
the food was acceptable (i especially liked the indian dishes).
i had booked a lagoon view room, but the water was dirty. algae covered parts of the lagoon looked quite unkempt. major repair work was happening in the parking lot.

The hotel features Portuguese and Italian a la carte restaurants. This worked well for variety. The main pool offered a friendly and helpful service staff. I also found Indian food available in the buffet restaurant, a highlight of my stay.

The breakfast at The Pavilion had great food. The service I got was warm. Chef Ayushmaan showed attention to detail. I appreciated his passion.
The room had mosquitos. I asked for two queen beds but I got one king bed instead. I had a uncomfortable sleep. My fruit platter was empty on arrival.

expansive pool really good care spacious room tropical flower
During my visit, i found the staff displayed really good care. The expansive pool area had a very clean design with clear water. The rooms were spacious and very clean. i observed local tropical flowers in the room decorations, presenting a nice touch.
During peak hours, securing a buggy within the resort sometimes faced slight delays.

relaxing goa getaway
breakfast spread room view swimming pool golf cart
i found the breakfast spread to be excellent , with a wide variety of options. golf carts were readily available for convenient travel around the resort. the rooms were well maintained and offered a beautiful view. the swimming pools provided different areas suitable for families , kids , and adults.
the delivery time for in-room dining was slow , often taking up to 45 minutes , even for simple orders.

housekeeping kept the rooms in excellent condition , responding quickly to requests. the staff at the restaurant and pool bar were very helpful. eldridge ensured our room remained in top shape with prompt housekeeping services.

the hotel features a clean , private beach. the hotel has well kept landscapes. the resort's location provides a super calm place with convenient access to the beach. the grounds are expansive , ideal for walks.
