A Charming Coastal Retreat
prompt buggy service excellent daily care varied cuisine tasty beer
I appreciated the prompt buggy service. It made getting around the grounds easy. My room received excellent daily care from housekeeping staff. The restaurants offer varied cuisine.. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of fruits. The Seven Rivers microbrewery served very tasty beer.
The in-room coffee sachets were rather basic. I would expect a better coffee setup.

My room provided a beautiful sea view from the bedroom window. I also found forest essential toiletries to be a premium touch. It included a comfortable bed and sufficient space for relaxation .

underwhelming stay, some issues present
clogged shower inadequate birthday preparation
the shower was clogged upon arrival with waste from previous guests. it took two hours for maintenance and housekeeping to resolve this issue. the room was not really prepared for my birthday, despite assurances from the staff.

the rooms were spacious and clean. the housekeeping team kept everything neat. the bed was comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful. i enjoyed waking up to greenery.
i found the bathroom to be small. the beach chairs were not very nice. there were not enough beach chairs. the sea had many jellyfish so swimming was not a good idea.

the hotel provides ample space and a lush green landscape, i found the pathway next to the sea perfect for morning walks. the staff was courteous, and diksha from the reception team ensured we had a nice experience. the food was delicious with an authentic taste, though the options were slightly less compared to other properties.

caravela restaurant has a large seating area and offers a spacious, airy environment for dining. the breakfast included a good combination of cuisines with attention shown in the detailed preparation of dishes. staff remember guests by name, and consistently check on comfort levels.

the front office team demonstrated proactive care, managing arrival details efficiently and ensuring rooms were prepared. staff members like drisha, manthan, prashant, hayden, hrishik, and shania at the front office displayed really good helpfulness. several staff members, including tushar at the restaurant, provided excellent service.

lush grounds relaxing space fresh air
I stayed here for several nights and found the grounds excellent. The lush greenery created ample space for relaxation. The pathway near the sea was perfect for morning walks. The air felt always fresh and breezy.
I noticed that some of the hotel features needed some slight maintenance.
