the room was quite spacious and quiet. the breakfast had many options and a nice variety of foods. the personnel assisted me with getting taxis.
i found a lot of dust on my last day. i thought i had cleaned most of the areas covered in dust the first day. i wondered why i was having trouble breathing and i'm allergic to dust.

The staff was very helpful! i got a different room upon my request when i arrived. the breakfast buffet was excellent. I especially liked the variety. the room was a good size. It suited my needs perfectly. the pool was very clean and i liked it very much.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I liked the omelettes made to order. The location was convenient, just off the ring road, so access by car was easy. Underground parking was available, a definite plus. The staff provided a large high floor room.
The noise from the entrance lobby and Gastro bar was audible even with the internal door to my room closed. This made it somewhat difficult to relax fully.

The reception staff was courteous and helpful. They provided prompt assistance with requests. The breakfast service was attentive, and staff quickly cleared tables. I observed staff assisting guests with directions and local information.

The family room was spacious and well kept. It included a double bed and two separate single beds. Storage space was sufficient for luggage and personal items. The bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries were replenished daily.
