a sweet retreat in the heart of the city
perfect locationamazingly kind staffrooftop pool
I found the location unbeatable, perfect for exploring all the city offered. the staff was amazingly kind. They were available at reception all day and night. the room was always clean and very quiet, a true haven. i especially liked the rooftop terrace and pool, small, yet so refreshing after a day of exploring.
The wifi signal in the room was somewhat weak. It occasionally made it difficult to stream videos.

the hotel had a great location near many restaurants. the breakfast selection was extensive and tasty. my room included a fridge, it was a bonus. it was nice.
the walls seemed thin, i could hear a lot of noise. i had requested a double bed, but received two twin beds. the pool was more of a splash pool, quite small. not ideal.

The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was effective during a heatwave. I found the rooftop pool lovely. The water jets sounded very soothing. I took drinks from the downstairs bar to the rooftop and enjoyed the sunshine.
The rooms facing the street can be noisy. I recommend requesting a room away from the road for a quieter stay.

the location is excellent as it allowed easy access to all the sights i wanted to see. the room was bright and comfortable and the bed was big. the staff were nice and helpful and allowed me to easily find what i needed. there was also valet parking.
The towels could be better. They felt a little worn. it was not a major issue, but new towels would definitely enhance the stay.

i found the staff very cute and genuinely helpful. the location allowed easy walking to sights, restaurants, and shops. the premises were modern, super clean, bright, and fragrant. i appreciated the very comfortable beds and top housekeeping with fresh linens even after my first night.
the air conditioning only heated the room, and the street was very loud even with windows closed.
