i found the interior design reminiscent of old italy a charming and classic aesthetic filled the hotel it reminded me of a step back in time in the best way possible my room felt comfortable clean and spacious for my brief stay the hotel bar provided delicious cocktails a perfect end to my day.
the workspace in my room proved slightly challenging given the placement of the tea tray.

the hotel features a pool also there is a restaurant located on the fifth floor offering italian cuisine the availability of parking is a definite advantage even though it involves an extra cost.

my beautiful twin room offered ample space it included a comfortable bed the room was also very clean i noted that the bathroom lighting was particularly well-designed with toiletries that seemed quite luxurious.

The gym was a little underwhelming. It only had three treadmills. Breakfast lacked variety. The garden seemed neglected, needing some maintenance.

the hotel is close to the metro station and bus lines. a supermarket is near the hotel too. i appreciated the location it really helped get around the area.
the pool requires a payment for use unless staying in a junior suite that's a bit inconvenient.

the housekeeper freshened our room daily, a lovely touch even for a short stay. staff members were friendly and professional! i really liked the location, it was easy to get around from here. breakfast included many options.
the hotel pool required extra payment, something i didn't expect. the rate was 20 euro to access this amenity, we didn't like it. this fee should be included.

the breakfast was really good. i loved the choice of coffee that was brought right to the table, such a nice touch. the staff were very kind and helpful. the location was also great. it was an easy walk to the main town.
The indoor temperature felt low. it made it uncomfortable, less than 21 degrees, brrr. the reception services seemed pretty useless. they declined to turn the heating on, citing local legislation, i was really disappointed. i expected better customer care from a 4-star hotel. The photos also do not match reality.
