Breakfast was great. I liked the bar area. the barman was really nice. the walk to the gondola was easy, and the shuttle bus was a nice extra (i found it very convenient). the staff were helpful and friendly.
the jacuzzi was occasionally a bit too hot for me.

The shuttle bus to the gondola was convenient. I also appreciated the warm pool after a day outdoors. The staff were always smiling and seemed eager to help especially with directions.
I found the spa closing time to be too early. It would have been better if it stayed open later in the evening.

The apartment had two separate bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with a microwave. A refrigerator, an electric kettle and dishes for five people were also included making meal preparation simple, the view from the balcony was lovely.

Breakfast had a large variety of choices. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. There was also variation in the many dishes offered, i appreciated the quality of food at the breakfast buffet. Dinner also had a good variety.

The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. Cleaning ladies were especially kind. The reception staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out were very quick.

The spa included expected services and it was comfortable. The pool was warm and clean, the bar was a great area and the barman was very nice. The jacuzzi temperature was sometimes high.

Breakfast included many delicious options. The lobby bar prices are affordable. We found arcade games to be a great way to spend time with children. The children's playground outside had plenty of space.
I noticed the furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated.

the apartment included a good selection of tv channels, netflix was available.
the furniture looked quite outdated. there was also a noticeable sewage smell in the room. the restaurant food did not impress me when i ordered dishes one afternoon. the staff member i encountered was not very helpful.
