The staff were friendly and helpful. They were very good. i needed to do laundry and they took care of it. they returned it to my room washed and folded! the hotel's location is perfect. Restaurants and the city center are very close.
the pool water wasn't quite warm enough, and the steam bath didn't work perfectly.

the room was spacious and comfortable. it had beautiful views of mont blanc. the bathroom was clean, the amenities smelled good, and the shower and toilet were separated, convenient for using both simultaneously.

The hotel is perfectly situated! it is within a block of many restaurants. the city center is just a five minute walk. The train station is less than ten minutes away, so we loved the area!

the suite was big, accommodating my family of four with ease. breakfast offered a pretty wide variety of options (i especially loved the pastries!). the hotel location is quite convenient, close to points of interest yet in a calmer area.
the gym was somewhat limited in equipment.

i left my laundry with them , and they returned it washed and folded to my room later. i also enjoyed the location of the hotel, NEAR restaurants and tourist spots.
the SPA area seemed A bit dated. SOME UPDATES would definitely improve the overall experience. it WAS still enjoyable , BUT it had some outdated equipment.

the hotel HAS A pretty pool AND a steam room, which my husband greatly enjoyed. the lobby features a fireplace AND comfortable seating. IT CREATES a cozy atmosphere. OVERALL , the facilities were well-kept.

The SERVICE WAS really good, particularly from Daniela and another young lady. They consistently were great too assist us with our needs. the staff demonstrated kindness. THEIR help WAS INVALUABLE. THE SERVICE was attentive and personalized.
