The room was spacious and the air CONDITIONING worked well. The blackout curtains were effective. I also found a parking spot inside the enclosure easily.
I found reaching the hotel A challenge, as it is near an industrial complex. The reception staff did not seem very cute to me.

the gym had good equipment.
The pool was a joke. Kids were allowed until 7 pm!!! the massage wasn't available during my entire stay. They told me i should have booked weeks in advance, and the phone in the room didn't work, so i had to use my mobile with roaming to contact reception!!!

charmed by the apartment's size!

the apartment was huge. it included a washing machine which i found useful. the swimming pool access was a big bonus especially when travelling with kids. it allowed a laid back day in the hotel.
the location is a bit far from the city center. i needed a car to reach most places

The reception staff was friendly. They provided helpful assistance, which i appreciated very much! daily cleaning was thorough and efficient, a great benefit for the entire family. new towels were delivered on a regular basis.

the apartment had a kitchen which was very convenient. there was a swimming pool and a well equipped gym within the building, a great addition.
The bed was not great. I found it uncomfortable. i asked for extra beds for my children, though i only received beds suitable for two children.

the balcony was lovely, and the bedrooms were nice.
i found that reaching the hotel was a challenge as it is located near industrial buildings. noise from the restaurant above my room was constant from 5:30 am until 11 pm daily. the reception personnel was not cute.
