The staff was friendly. Breakfast included good variety. Parking was easy too. The hotel provided a nice swimming pool where I was able to relax.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. They assisted with all my inquiries. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a short walk from various points of interest. My room was very clean. Breakfast was awesome with a great selection of food.
I didn't like that they outsourced their swimming pool. Anyone could book it, leaving no options for hotel residents to use it.

The location is quite good. I found a major shopping center just a short walk away. I also noticed a currency exchange kiosk there. It gave better rates than back home.
My room was too hot. I found no instruction on how to adjust the temperature. Shampoo and conditioner were also not separate, which I PREFER.

I think the saunas are good. Breakfast had huge variety and meals changed slightly each day. Front desk was very kind. The location let us walk to many places.
The room temperature was too hot and I could not find how to adjust it. There also was no separate hair shampoo and conditioner in my room.
