The staff helped arrange a ride when train tickets were sold out. The clean van arrived promptly, a nice surprise. They showed my friend four rooms before she decided (a kind gesture). The spacious room also had usb charging ports.

i stayed for a few nights in a well-appointed room. the location was very convenient, near the castle. i received a complimentary bottle of prosecco (which was a nice touch). the staff was also very helpful in arranging transportation.

I found the room service menu quite limited. It only offered items from the restaurant's menu. i would have liked more variety in the room.
