the staff was helpful. breakfast in the hotel was good.
the room we had was very noisy, it was on a low floor. there was sounds from the street all night, that kept me awake. the room service, it was too slow and the menu was very limited.

clean van usb ports
The staff helped arrange a ride when train tickets were sold out. The clean van arrived promptly, a nice surprise. They showed my friend four rooms before she decided (a kind gesture). The spacious room also had usb charging ports.

convenient location complimentary bottle helpful staff
i stayed for a few nights in a well-appointed room. the location was very convenient, near the castle. i received a complimentary bottle of prosecco (which was a nice touch). the staff was also very helpful in arranging transportation.
I found the room service menu quite limited. It only offered items from the restaurant's menu. i would have liked more variety in the room.

the hotel is situated within a short walk to the main town square and the Jewish Quarter. wawel castle is also easily accessible from the hotel, as is the river (boat tours are available nearby).
