the breakfast buffet had many options.
only two were working, and the wait times were ridiculous, especially during peak hours. i spent way too much time just trying to get up to my room. additionally, the spa access was only for two hours and came with an extra fee. it felt nickel-and-diming.

I appreciate the indoor playground. It suits children. The room design impressed me. It was clean too. Hotel restaurant service amazed me. It was excellent. The breakfast was good. There were loverly options. I had a very loverly breakfast. I liked staff friendliness and options available at the hotel. There are pools and tennis courts.
Check-in had a gentleman who was not nice. It caused a bad start. Extra costs are required. These should be included. I paid for the carpark. I had to pay for access to the hottubes.
