the room was the beautiful junior suite canal view. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel has transport services, thats very useful. breakfast had a wide array of fruits and breads.

faulty air conditioningsullen staff
I had some issues it seems. upon arrival, the air conditioning in the room did not function properly. Also the mini-bar fridge wasn't cold. we broke a glass accidentally and cleaned it up. I informed reception but they did not double check the floor. some staff were good but others were sullen and unhelpful it's a mixed bag really.

The toilet was shaped very narrow. It was also too high, and i didn't find it comfortable to use. the hotel also wouldn't charge rooms. This was quite inconvenient.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel is beautiful and situated perfectly, near attractions yet quiet. The garden offered a fantastic retreat. I enjoyed relaxing there. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided helpful service.
The minibar fridge in the room was not very cold.

The garden was beautiful, breakfast there each morning were relaxing.
I reserved a Junior Suite Garden View. It did not had the canal view I wanted, a detail I specifically asked for. The bathroom was small, I expected a larger one in a suite.
