convenient location bus access helpful staff passport reminder
i found the hotel's location very convenient for exploring. it is near plaza isabella with bus access to st nicholas viewpoint and alhambra. finding dinner was easy due to its proximity to eating areas. the front desk staff spoke english well and gave good recommendations on local attractions and dining. they reminded me to bring my passport for the alhambra tour!
the air conditioner in my room was not working as expected i had to ask the reception to adjust it.

the room was comfortable and provided necessary amenities. the bed had clean sheets and a comfortable mattress. there was a television with various channels available, though the remote was slightly unresponsive.

The hotel benefits from its central location. It is a short walk to several main attractions. the cathedral is within a 5-minute walk of the premises. the rooftop terrace offers a nice view. though the parking was expensive!

main street flamenco show
The hotel sits on a main street a few blocks from the Cathedral. The bus to Alhambra is a short walk away. The staff provided recommendations for a flamenco show in Sacromonte.
The spa was not working well , lacking steam and heat at times.

main street easy dinner daily breakfast powdered eggs incorrect channels telephone guide
the hotel is on the main street a short walk to many buses to alhambra i found it easy to find dinner because it was walking distance to eating areas the breakfast was the same each day i stayed there.
i did not like the scrambled eggs they seemed like powdered eggs the television in my room didn't select channels correctly my in room telephone didn't have a guide to call the front desk.

the staff offered very helpful information and directions! the hotel's location allowed convenient walks to many tourist spots. the rooftop bar provided views.
