lovely stay
charming atmosphere fantastic location professional team
the staff displayed kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. the location is fantastic with good vibes surrounding the entire place. this hotel exudes a charming atmosphere and i appreciated its nicely situated position.
the lighting in my room was a little dim at times, so that could be improved.

the hotel provides a lovely pool area perfect for relaxation and leisure. basketball and playground facilities are present for children's entertainment. there is also a spa available wanting pampering.

there are numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars located onsite. the restaurants offer a variety of meal options. you can stay for over a week without needing to venture out for food.

the rooms are well-sized and provide ample space for luggage and movement. customer service is very attentive and addresses needs quickly. i found everything satisfactory to my needs.

i was charmed by the variety of cafes and restaurants. the hotel has multiple bars and i found the grounds fine.
The elevators had some maintenance going on. This meant wait times were occasionally lengthy.
