i stayed in a premium room lagoon view. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the lagoon view from the room was calming and provided a nice backdrop for the duration of my stay.
the gym only had two treadmills, though functional, it felt somewhat limited during peak hours.

Really good Hospitality and Amazing Views

The check-in team showed great professionalism. The team members helped me with every request I had. Breakfast provided many options, and I especially liked the Tea Masala. Waking up to the lagoon and pool view each morning brought me happiness.
The bedsheet and pillow covers in the room looked old, and they were not ironed. It gave the impression that I was not using a clean bed.

the staff were very helpful and always available. the facilities were modern and well kept. i loved the day beds near the windows they added a special touch to my stay i appreciated that.
i think the bathrooms could benefit from some updates overall everything was fine and i had a pleasant experience

The environment was clean, and the security seemed great.
I found an incident disappointing. We were told there was a flimsy excuse of a technical issue with our room. This led to my family, including my European family, being left to find alternative accommodations in the evening.
