Excellent Scottish Stay

The reception member was lovely upon my arrival. My accommodation included a clean room plus a lovely shower. Breakfast was delicious and the staff member offered helpful service.

The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear the person in the next room watching something on their phone late at night. This lack of sound insulation impacted my sleep.

The staff were superb and helpful. This was very important. a fire alarm occurred on the first night, and the staff responded wonderfully. they were calm and organised, offering reassurance. the staff liaised with the fire brigade and the police to ensure calm.

upon arrival, i was disappointed that the pool and restaurant were closed, this was unfortunate.
