the bar area provided a relaxing atmosphere. the facilities included a swimming pool with sauna and steam room, all free to use (a great bonus!). the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
Signage around the hotel complex was confusing. It was hard to find the correct reception area upon arrival.

my standard king room included a tv and a table with two chairs. i also had free access to the pool facilities. the hotel offers free parking too.
the corridor lights only came on part way down the corridor, so it was dark.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, although no vegetarian sausages were on offer. The location is great. I booked this hotel at short notice and was happy with the facilities.
I turned up to the hotel in darkness and the doors were locked. I walked to the next hotel in the resort. There was no prior notification of this, inconvenient.

i was not notified that the hotel i booked was closed. there was no sign on the door to redirect visitors. i found no apologies from staff, nor any explanation.

i did notice some slight wear and tear in the corridors, specifically some carpets was a little tired
