Fantastic stay, great staff and facilities

I appreciated the staff who were helpful and attentive. The apartment had access to the pool and other hotel facilities. It was a reasonable walk to the town center plus pine walk. This positioning was ideal. I also found local transport easy as there were plenty of buses plus taxis available near the hotel. The hotel had a lovely spa and an indoor pool that I visited. The food was very good with lots of choice. I appreciated the outside pool. It was clean and relaxing after my cycling. Bike garage facilities worked very well for me. I really appreciated the excellent facilities. The apartment was very very comfy and tidy. Breakfast had a great selection, so I enjoyed the variety. I can recommend the Italian restaurant. Its menu was good. A buffet was available, also, in the main restaurant.
I noticed some wear and tear on the apartment furniture, suggesting that a refurbishment could be beneficial.

The hotel offered multiple pool areas, great, with three options available. Our room got cleaning service every other day! I appreciated the air conditioning in my room as it kept the space comfortable during the hot weather. The hotel layout allowed for space and didn't feel crowded despite the large size.

The breakfast buffet had lots of options. There was fresh fish and meat. I found the choice very varied and good value. It is very convenient since the hotel is not near the center.

The location is convenient with a supermarket about ten minutes away. There is a local shop five minutes away that carries most necessities! I enjoyed the views of the mountains from the hotel.

The apartment was spacious and quiet after 11 pm. The rooms include air conditioning for comfort. I found the apartment had everything I needed! The complex had well-kept grounds.

i found the bike storage secure. the bar offered a solid selection for post-ride drinks. our room had comfortable amenities, a real plus after long days of cycling.
The air conditioning unit wasn't very effective. The room could have been cooler.

There are three swimming pools offering good space for everyone. I noticed they were well-kept. the gym features sufficient equipment including treadmills. It is very accessible. the hotel provides free bus service to the beach at regular intervals.

The restaurant food had variety. I found half board was good value. the breakfast buffet offered sufficient options each morning. the snack bar provided convenient meals. The prices are very affordable.

The rooms are very nice and well equipped. I found a fridge, kettle, toaster, and microwave in the kitchen. Duva supplied washing up liquid, sponges, and cloths. I also had hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner, really nice. The cleaners did a fantastic job. Our room was always super clean, and we got fresh towels daily. The staff are amazing in all areas. The value for money was fantastic for food. Drinks were reasonably priced.
The pool was deep! That might not suit everyone.

The breakfast choices are superb, so be prepared to gain weight. I found the food to be great, and there was even a plate of food awaiting me upon arrival, a lovely surprise. Misplaced punctuation, how nice!

Wonderful stay with excellent staff

Our family enjoyed the half board option. Breakfast had ample choices and evening meals were varied and tasty. The staff were upbeat, charming, and funny, even at the end of the season. Luciano deserves recognition for his amazing enthusiasm with the children's entertainment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe. We slept well.
The hotel location is a twenty-minute walk to the port. A local convenience store is available nearby.

My comfort one-bedroom apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen and a patio. The hotel has fab facilities. Pools were nice. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
My comfort one-bedroom apartment overlooked a dirty pond with rubbish floating on top of it. The hotel claims i did not ask for a double bed. The bedding and towels are very old and well used.

The location is great for cyclists and also a reasonable walk to the port. It is well situated for those who want to be out of the main drag. The seafront is within walking distance.
