pleasant stay close to everything
helpful staff ideal location breakfast options fresh food
i really enjoyed my time here. the staff were quick to help with my requests and were always kind. the location was ideal, close to the main attractions. breakfast was a really nice experience, with lots of options available and fresh food.
the wi-fi signal was not always consistent, especially during peak hours.

The room included air conditioning and a television with streaming services. It also had a mini-fridge. daily cleaning kept the room tidy, and the bed was quite comfortable. two complimentary water bottles were provided each day.

the hotel had a clean pool area with plenty of sunbeds. there was also a spa offering turkish baths and massages. i saw laundry facilities a short three-minute walk away from the hotel.

the location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and pharmacies within a few minutes. a shopping mall was only about a ten-minute walk away. bus stops are also nearby the premises.

breakfast had a nice variety of food, including fresh options and good coffee. i tried the pub, and the food arrived quickly and tasted good. the restaurant offered a menu with diverse choices.

underwhelming stay
noisy air conditioning old breakfast
I booked a room hoping for a nice balcony. Instead, i got a junior suite facing the street. It was horrible. the air conditioning system made a terrible noise all day. i didn't get much sleep thanks to that architectural ARNAQUE. the breakfast was old. The coffee tasted like socks!

wonderful spa experience
kind masseuses clean spa excellent travel advice helpful staff
i visited the spa and the masseuses were kind and attentive they took their time with the treatments. the spa itself was very clean which i appreciated. the staff provided excellent travel advice making my stay even better. i found the staff helpful and friendly.
the standard rooms lacked chairs initially but this was resolved quickly upon request which was a slight inconvenience.
