friendly staff central location mediterranean breakfast missing amenities
The staff were friendly. Sabrina managed the cafeteria and she was accommodating. I also liked that the location was near the city center. The staff was helpful and kind.
Breakfast was Mediterranean. I did not like it as there was no other alternative. There was no pool and no on-site restaurant.

helpful reception friendly staff maintained sauna
Berfin and emre at reception were great help. I really enjoyed that. sabrina was very friendly during breakfast service. i enjoyed using the sauna. It was clean and well kept.
The room i stayed in lacked soundproofing. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms

uneven experience with room quality.
poor soundproofing lukewarm food
My stay had some issues. the room i was initially given felt quite cramped! the lack of natural light. plus, the soundproofing was not great. I could hear street noise late into the night. This made it difficult to sleep well. the breakfast buffet was okay, but the hot food wasn't always warm enough. This affected my enjoyment of the meal.
