large shower ample space late checkout
The shower was large. I had enough space to open a suitcase. The staff allowed me to stay two hours longer on my check out day at no extra cost. I found this very useful as I had a late flight.
The rooftop was closed when I wanted to use it.

friendly team comfy bed stylish décor quality toiletries
the reception team was very friendly. i found a massive, comfy bed in my room. i also appreciated the stylish décor and the good quality toiletries. the wet room area was really great.
i found that the bar was only available on the roof, which isn't ideal in less sunny weather.

rooftop pool bedroom cleaning high-quality options
The rooftop pool was a real highlight. I found it very clean. the cleaning of the bedroom was excellent too. Generally, cleanliness was very good! breakfast had high-quality options. I thought that was nice.
the shower temperature handles did not work, so temperature depended on luck.

spacious suite really good service breakfast variety
My room upgrade was nice. It was a spacious suite. The hotel's location proved ideal for exploring the city center, and the staff members offered really good service. I found the breakfast selection plentiful with great variety.
I found the shower design inconvenient. The shower door had a rail issue. It fell off as I was exiting the shower. I hope they fixed this .

The staff members were responsive. The cleaning service proved thorough, and they maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Check-in was easy, and staff were available for questions, though the hot water failed one evening!

The front desk was indeed helpful. Spa access included was a real treat. I liked the rooftop bar. It was fun, the hotel offering tasty cocktails. The breakfast included many choices!
I found the lack of readily available power outlets in the room a bit inconvenient, especially when trying to charge multiple devices at once.

The hotel is near the city center and close to Casco Viejo. This makes it simple to explore attractions and enjoy local restaurants. The location is REALLY convenient.

The room was very comfy and tidy. The bed had a fantastic mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. I also found the room to be very quiet, nice for restful sleep.

i liked that the staff was friendly and competent. the location was good for me. i did like the comfortable rooms.
the breakfast was shockingly bad to say this is a 4 star hotel. it looked nothing like the photos. we asked for eggs more more then 30 minutes then after the 2nd or 3rd time of asking they arrived. the eggs were so salty it is more likely to me that the chef was annoyed at the request so decided to give us inedible eggs.
