The front desk staff was very friendly. I received generous benefits because I have Marriott status. The room had shutters not drapes. It made the room very dark. I could easily walk to the shopping area and train station. The sound proofing was very good, so I slept well.
The steam bath smelled like mold. The breakfast didn't meet the standard of room prices. I saw dried out bacon and a dirty egg spoon.

The valet parking cost 40 euros a day, a bit much i thought. the location wasn't ideal. There were few restaurants nearby. the room lighting was poor and the bathroom seemed dated

Admirable stay
effective control fluffy towels complete darkness
My visit included a comfortable room with effective temperature control. The large, fluffy towels included washcloths, something I especially appreciate. Soundproofing was very good, and i slept soundly due to REALLY good pillows and shutters. This allowed complete darkness, a notable feature for light-sensitive guests..
I noticed the gym lacked extensive equipment.

poor service bad buffet
The service personnel were overwhelmed. I had issues ordering food. They spoke English poorly and did not understand me! The breakfast buffet lacked 5-star quality. the staff seemed incapable of serving coffee. It was an adventure. They might consider hiring a barista.
