The staff were very helpful. Burak at reception provided all the information i needed. he made sure i was happy with the room. breakfast was delicious with many treats.
The room wasn't as clean as i expected. I found hair on the bed. basic items like toothbrushes were missing. the slippers were of very low quality.

My room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was a welcome feature. I found the gym has three treadmills. Two stationary bikes are also available, this helped me maintain my routine.
The low-quality slippers were disappointing. I would have liked better quality ones.

The room was spacious. It had large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. The design included modern fixtures and a comfortable seating area near the windows.

The hotel is near shops. Restaurants were easily accessible from the hotel. Taxim Square is a ten minute walk, this makes exploring very convenient and accessible .
